At FanPrint, we have a few fundamental principles:

  • We won't ask you for personally identifying information ("personal information") unless we really need it.
  • FanPrint may share your name, email address, and order details with the FanPrint Marketer from whom you purchased for the purpose of customer service, order related correspondence or follow up. FanPrint is not responsible for Marketer’s use of your personal information.
  • If your purchase contained licensed content, like a logo, we may also have to provide your sales information to the licensor, but only in the event that they audit our sales or royalty calculation.
  • Otherwise, we don't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
  • We don't store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our services.
  • In our service, we aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what's visible to the public, kept private, and permanently deleted.

It is FanPrint's policy to respect your privacy regarding any personal information we may collect while operating our website.

Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy have the meanings set out in the Terms of Service, any Addendum to the Terms of Service or policy or guidelines contained on the Site unless the context requires otherwise.
